Can the Kings avoid a third shutout in a row? God let’s hope so. On Tuesday, the Kings travel to the desert to take on the Coyotes for the final time this season. Will Darryl Sutter’s lineup changes spark the offense and kick Dustin Brown and Anze Kopitar back into gear? Or will the first of back-to-back games for the Kings be the nail in the coffin for their playoff hopes. Remembers, there’s only 23 games left in the season.
Remember, tonight’s game starts at 6 p.m. on Fox Sports West, so set your DVRs if you won’t make it back home in time.

Saturday night’s game is against the Calgary Flames, the last team Mike Richards had scored against. Has it been 14 games already? Yikes. Will his new linemates help him find his way? Will Jonathan Quick finally get some goal support from his team? Find out tonight at 7 p.m. on Fox Sports West.

Tonight’s game is against the Florida Panthers, the team that we lost Mike Richards to for eight games, thanks to a concussion at the hands (or shoulder) of Sean Bergenheim. Will there be some retribution? Tune in today at 4:30 on Fox Sports West to find out.
Can the Kings even their Grammy road trip tonight with a win? Listen to the micro-podcast to find out.

Hey fans, sorry about not recording a podcast over the weekend. Life happens.
Today’s show touches on the two previous Kings losses to the Blues and the Hurricanes, then I jump ahead for tonight’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Did you know: today’s game features the league’s worst offense vs. the league’s worst defense. This should be interesting, and hopefully the Kings can snap their two-game slump. Because you know what they officially call dropping three games in succession? Yup, that’s a losing streak.

Here’s the Hockeywood Minute for the Kings game vs. the Blues. Since this show is evolving, I take a look back at the game vs. the Blue Jackets and the drama surrounding the clock. Then I quickly break down tonight’s game against the Blues.
Also, if you have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to email me. I want to make this show as interesting as I can, and encourage input.
Hey everyone, I know it’s been a long time since Jesse and I have recorded a podcast. So I wanted to let everyone know officially that we’re working on something big for Kings fans to enjoy, which will be debuting very soon.
In the meantime, I’ve been wanting to try something different as well. As you may have noticed, I have been trying new things on my site this season, with varying degrees of success. Mostly, I’m just trying to keep things interesting for myself and for you, the readers.
So I’ve decided to add a micro podcast called The Hockeywood Minute where I break down the Kings’ upcoming game, and cram as much info as possibly into a minute or so podcast. In this world of short attention spans (of which I have one), I figured this might flourish into something cool.
So check out the first ever Hockeywood Minute…
