THI425: The attack of Megapod!

The Hockeywood Insider podcastYou want interviews? We got interviews...

Thanks to the hustle of one Jesse Cohen, we have not one, or two, or three... but SIX interviews this week, all breaking down hockey like you haven't heard it before. It's a veritable Murderer's Row of hockey analysts, all for your listening pleasure, in the first ever MEGAPOD.

All of the guests help us break down the first round of the playoffs, as well as select an MVP for the Kings. You might be surprised on who picked whom (or who didn't pick anyone.)

• At 16:00, we have The Fourth Period's Dennis Bernstein.

• At 28:00, Jim Fox joins us and gives a little insight from practice.

• The L.A. Times' Kings beat writer Helene Elliott joins us at 41:00 and is solid as usual.

• At 48:00, we tap Sean Leahy from Yahoo's Puck Daddy blog for an outsider's perspective about the playoffs.

• At 56:00, Jesse has a good conversation with The Mayor, John Hove, who not only touches on the playoffs but the playoffs in the juniors.

• Finally, HockeyBuzz's Matt Barry (aka Dancing Boy) weighs in with his unique perspective around 1:17:00.

It's the mother of all podcasts, and it's all for you, the listeners of The Hockeywood Insider. If you like the show, pass it on to your friends. We plan on doing a new podcast after each Kings' playoff game to provide even MORE coverage. Don't forget, you can subscribe on iTunes, so you can get the podcast before anyone else does. And don't forget to like the show on Facebook.

It's Playoff Time, Kings fans! Believe!!!
