After shutout, the Kings bring in a professional
The Kings, in an effort to track down their missing offense, employed the man they call John Walsh.Of course, Walsh is mostly known for finding missing and exploited children, and making light of that is considered taboo... But we're all about breaking taboos around here.
Walsh has suggested the Kings open Hockeywood's Most Wanted, where people can monitor the status of their many prospects throughout the realm of the Kings. It can also try and apprehend any suspects who brutalize the young Kings.
Turns out, John came on the right night, as he watched Vancouver make a mess of the Kings. And you can imagine his disbelief as the team was shut out by none other than Robert Luongo, a gaoltender who was once one of the Kings Most Wanted goaltender back in 2006. Talk about returning to the scene of the crime. Remember, it was Vancouver who unloaded goalie "Blunder" Dan Cloutier on the hapless Kings.
All kidding aside, congratulations John. Earlier this year, his TV show, America's Most Wanted actually nabbed their 1,000 fugitive. And to think, John's been hosting the show since 1991. That's quite an undertaking.
