The Hockeywood Insider: Of Ice And Men

We have two more podcasts for the regular season left, and we aren't letting up off the throttle.

You may look at the Kings as a 30th place team. But you couldn't be more wrong. We see a diamond in the rough, as this year's club is actually better than last year's squad.

This week, among Doc chowing down on Fritos, we talk all things Kings. We crown another new King of the Week, touch on Todd Bertuzzi's lawsuit naming Crawford, and Lombardi's latest free agent signings.

We climb the highest spire of the Kings' Castle to get a panoramic view of The Realm. We talk about many of the Kings' prospects and their chances in their respective postseasons. We can also see far enough to the approaching IIHF World Championships, which I have decided should be renamed the HIFI World Championships. (Come on, HIFI is far catchier than IIHF).

I state that Fritos are only suitable for the crabs at the bottom of the Bering Sea, Doc regales us with another story from his checkered past when he worked in Alaska, and we both agree Beer Pong is awesome.

So, get in, sit down, hold on and shut up. The Hockeywood Insider is on the air.
