Another Hero in the house
Heroes' Matt Parkman was reportedly spotted at Staples Center during the L.A./Chicago game. Perhaps he heard something bad was going to happen to the Kings, and maybe there was something he could do about it. Turns out, all he had to do was throw up the devil horns in support of the team, as the Kings trounced the Hawks.Ever since I spotted Heroes hottie Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia together at a Kings game earlier this season, my eyes have been peeled looking for other Heroes throughout the season.
And I was rewarded Tuesday, when I spotted Greg Grunberg, a.k.a. Matt Parkman, the "clairaudient telepathic"cop. Another one of my favorite shows, Heroes is on hiatus after a really good second season.
Grunberg's character is, I feel, the best character of the lot. Mostly because he's the one most grounded and realistic, since he doesn't fly or heal or shoot lightning bolts from his hands.
I think Matt Parkman would be a great two-way player, since he can hear what other people are thnking. He could anticipate where his linemates were, and hit them with some crazy passes, or take it in and fake the goalie. Every. Single. Time.
One thing I found out about Grunberg is he has a role in Cloverfield, which is made by his childhood friend J.J. Abrams. I'm curious to see how that movie will turn out.
