Who-o-o-o-o-o-o-o are you?

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's William Petersen heard that the Kings were dead on arrival this season, only to be amazed when they handed the Blackhawks a 9-2 drubbing Tuesday night. Guess he didn't have to use any of that Red Creeper fingerprint powder he uses on the show.

I'm a little disappointed I didn't bump into Petersen, who plays Gil Grissom on the show, in the bowels of Staples Center last night. CSI: Crime Scene Investigation happens to be my personal favorite show right now. So, I'm a little stoked that I can add Petersen to my sightings. He is also sitting next to his lovely wife, Gina Cirone (left).

Apparently, Petersen is a huge Hawks fan, as evidenced here. But seeing him reminded me of an exchange that his character, Gil, had with his co-worker/subordinate Sara Sidle, played by Jorja Fox. It just so happens to take place in a hockey arena.

This clip comes from 2002, and was one of the first times the viewers got a hint that Gil and Sara were flirting with one another.

It's William Petersen, not Peterson ;-)

Thanks for the article and pic though, it's nice to see he's got a beard again! That's one good thing to come out of the writers strike.

Ok, you either have really good eyes to be able to spot him out of the crowd, or the Jumbotron spotted him. lol
And I'm glad I'm not the only CSI fan who thinks CSI + Hockey = that clip. Thanks for the article.

Now for the real question: Cujo + Kings. Yay or Nay?
