O.K., so about me...

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

There, see, I can still type.

The CIF football playoffs are almost over, so my time will soon return to dazzle the tens of readers I have accumulated (and probably lost) since my absence here in Hockeywood. We've still been rocking the podcasts, though. What do you think? Too long? Not funny enough? Too much of me? Too much of Doc? Too much about a last place team? Oh well. We're gotten into a rhythm, so it's on auto-pilot now.

Tonight, the Kings will be playing the Oilers. Usually, I would be blogging at a home game. However, I have a much biggere responsibility tonight: I'm taking my 4-year-old daughter, Phoebe, to the game. She's been bugging me to take her to a game, since I've gone to a lot without her this season (as she tells me constantly). So, I'll be watching the game, and in between potty breaks and fetching her popcorn and water, I'll  see if I can actually watch.

Stay tuned, fair readers. I'm here, although in spirit, (or at least until L.B. Poly gets knocked off. Come on, a 2-0 game?!? Incredible!)
