Usually, I try to keep my interviews to around two minutes or less. The guys have just finished working out, and their day is over.

How it works is: the Kings media people will bring them from the locker room, outside to talk with the assembled throng of reporters. After about 5-10 minutes, then they'll talk with individual reporters who have other questions. After they run that gamut, they stand in front of my camera.

I try not to keep them for too long. Except for when I start getting real good stuff. That was the case with Jason LaBarbera.
